Welcome to the BattleMech Club

Here you will find a group of dedicated Battlemech builders who wish to share their work with the rest of the galaxy.

The First Circuit

We are the founders of the Battlemech Club. In an effort to ensure the Club remains true to our intent, we have decided to maintain a limited scope of interest.  While we would like all fans of Battlemechs to join us, we do not want this to turn into a site about any and all mecha.  There are other sites for that.

We are looking for people who want mechs, build mechs, and are serious enough to contribute to the world of large scale battlemech building.

Chris Lynch

Chris is the person responsible for coming up with the idea for our little group.  He has been a staple in the science fiction garage kit industry for years now.  In fact, he created the first kit we ever able to offer.  Currently, his business revolves around the Battlestar Galactica line, but he still finds time to create a kit or two. You can find his company, Ravenstar Studios, online.

Tim Fusco
Tim is the site designer and Administrator of the club. He has been building models for about 30 years now and even has a small business building kits for others.  Tim has been a Battletech Fan since the mid-90s and fell in love with Battlemech models in the early 80s when Revell had the Robotech line.  Since then, he has had almost all of the large scale Battletech kits...even the rare Horizon Mad Cat. Tim has just completed his first scratch built Battlemech kit and it is for sale here.

Scott Murphy (aka Cokefiend)
Scott Murphy is our most prolific Battlemech kit creator. His work has been seen all over the web including sites like StarShip Modeler. His most recent kit is the Argus, which I am building as we speak. Great kit! All those cold nights in the great white north must be spent doing something. His current builds include a Cyclops, Commando, and a Nova Cat.
